Bexley RFC would like to wish St Paulinus PTA a successful and enjoyable coming year.

 

We would also like to thank St Paulinus PTA for their support of Bexley RFC and welcome the new children from St Paulinus School that have joined Bexley RFC now achieving and developing their rugby education.

 

Bexley RFC are developing links with local schools our coaches are currently supporting St Paulinus School and Wilmington Academy.

 

Anyone looking to give rugby a try young or old you can see Lisa Rutter at the school or email lisa.rutter123@gmail.com. We run classes on Sunday mornings and have spaces for children from the age of 3.

Mrs Andrew's Sensory Cabin & Garden

Mrs Andrew’s Sensory Garden Update (March 2019)

We are very humbled by the offers we have had from parents, family and friends of our school to do some of the work for the sensory cabin.  However, for insurance purposes and to ensure the childrens safety we have had to hire a company to carry out the work.

 

We have had the last of our quotes and hope to start work on the cabin as soon as the field ground gets a bit firmer so we can get a cement truck in to start the base. 

 

Fundraising income so far:

  • Donations & Lunch club brooches £2,326.50
  • Fun run & PTA events £3,314.18
  • Just Giving crowd donations £10,011.00

 

Outgoings so far:

  • Tree removals £650.00
  • Just Giving crowd fee £330.32
     

We also need to pay out for testing a wireless fire system which costs £350.00. The best quote we have had for the cabin build is £12,200.00 this includes a donation of some free labour.  This means we will need to fundraise some more to fill the cabin and for the materials for the garden.  We will keep you updated with the progress.
