School Closure - Latest News 19 March 2020

Dear St Paulinus Parent/Carers,

Please see a letter below explaining the current situation (which I am afraid is not very different to this time yesterday - due to us still awaiting news from the government). As soon as we receive the news we will contact you by ParentMail although at this exact moment ParentMail's system is down so we may need to wait until this issue is solved.

I can't apologise enough - we are doing all we can to keep you informed.

We have prepared home learning books and will be sending these home tomorrow or details of how they can be collected from school. We will also send out details of the work children will be asked to complete at home.

Thank you

Mrs Young

Dear Parents/Careers

On behalf of the Trust Leadership Team, we would like to thank you for your continued contribution and support particularly at this time.

Following on from the announcement yesterday regarding schools’ closure effective Monday, we are now working to plan the way forward for both our vulnerable children and the children of our key workers.

A survey has been prepared but needs to list the key workers as confirmed by the DfE and will be sent out as soon as it becomes available.

The survey will need to be responded to promptly to ensure that we have adequate staff in school.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support.

Trust Leadership Team

Peter Wilson, CEO

Sarah Young, Head of Learning Development

Peter Rhodes, Head of School Improvement

Sabrina Bridges, Finance & Operations Director
