At St Paulinus C.E. Primary School we are looking to appoint a full time, highly motivated MPS teacher from September. This person will join our hard working team in September. We would welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers. St Paulinus is an over- subscribed and high achieving school which offers a stimulating learning environment, children who are keen to learn and supportive parents, staff and governors.
We are a small team who work very well together ensuring everyone plays a part in promoting whole school progress. We need a teacher who has the best interests of all our children at heart and is able to work alongside other staff members to develop children’s confidence and independence (academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually).
At St Paulinus we welcome fresh and new ideas. We would embrace someone who is passionate about specific areas of teaching and learning and would fully supportyou in developing this area of interest. In return we will offer support and commitment to quality CPD. As part of Amadeus Primary Academies Trust, we offer and welcome opportunities for staff to share best practice across our six schools. Our ethos of ‘limitless learning together’ applies to all members of our school community.
This post is considered to be a customer-facing position; as such it falls within scope of the Code of Practice on English language requirement for public sector workers. The school therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the person specification. These will be applied during the recruitment/selection and probationary stages.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and other employment checks.
The school is committed to equality and diversity in employment practice and service delivery.
